The New London Cyclone Criterium is this Sunday. The race is going to be pretty awesome. It’s the first time in my days of racing that a race has been so close to my parents place and my old training routes. I’m looking forward to it, so if your in the area, come out and support it. I can guarantee free Jelly Belly’s and a good race! I hope a lot of people come out, the race has been heavily advertised in southeastern Connecticut. The promoter of the race in New London is Bill Humphrey’s; a retired racer, who wrote history in the US cycling world with the Raleigh team in the 1970’s. Bill has continued to stay in the sport through coaching, race promoting and cycling awareness. I can say he definitely over qualifies for race promotion! The other J-Dawg…Jesse Anthony is coming out to the race as well as my man Alec D and the coffee connoisseur M.Feldman. I’m getting ready for my trip across the pacific to China for the Tour of Qinghai Lakes in a couple weeks time. That should be an amazing trip. That is all the big news thats going on in my world.
