Theres been a lot of things crampin’ my steaz lately, The biggest cramps are in my legs unfortunately, getting over this tendinitis has been brutal uphill battle that I thought would be over quicker, but I really did myself good at Tour of Cali. I’ve been getting everything I can within my budget to combat the problems I created, that means physical therapy with ultrasound five days a week, massage twice a week, acupuncture and not to mention the light amount of riding and stretching I’ve been putting myself through has been keeping my days chuck full instead of biking. I found this new drink that can help your steaz It’s really great,
you can finally get daily intake of steaz in one felt swoop. I would recommend this drink to Mike Jones and anyone looking for some added steaz my girlfriend could probably use some of the magical elixir too. On another note, I hate to see other guys my age down and out, Farrar crashed at Ghent-Wevelgem and broke his kneecap, I also saw some pictures of Brookwalters bike that he crashed last week sometime he’s pretty banged up and i hear he had to get some surgery on his leg. I just saw Brent at California and he was a teammate on my old mtb team back when we were juniors, but I definitely know how they feel! Get better guys! With all this time on my hands I’ve been baking a lot of bread to kill some time. I’ve been mostly working on some simple french breads, even though I dislike most french people, I like the bread. Heres some good ones I’ve made and they’ve been pretty tasty.
Thats all for today, seeya.![]()

our teammate, one of the aussis that you have a picture of next to your bed, were out training today and passed someone with a trailer pulling kids, we thought maybe we could pull you along in that so at least you are on rides with us. Maybe wed better not though, you might get biketrailer-itis.

If I wasn’t dating your roommate, I’d butter yo’ bread, baby. Seriously though, we’re going to Mi Tierra tonight… I want some sourdough as an appetizer. Get on it.
