Well, I’m back to training starting this weekend.  I’ve been riding a couple hours a day nothing over three hours but I’ve been ramping up the power in the work-outs and I’m recovering from the rides so I’m going to start training again Friday.  Besides sleeping, napping, riding and eating, I’ve been keeping busy with my friends here in CT.  The other day Jay took me to the shooting range and I blasted off his 40 caliber for a couple hours.  I was getting pissed off because I kept missing the targets though.  We fiqured out I am right handed but left eye dominant.  I use my left eye to see the target but shoot with my right hand…It throws things off because I ended up being about three feet to the left of the target, that was a little frustrating.  I always used to wonder why in the movies it took 100’s of shots fired to hit the bad guy.  I fiqured it out though, its not easy to hit a moving target, I can’t even hit one thats not moving.  By the end though I had blasted the bullseye several times and had a good understanding of the gun.  I also picked up a new toy over the last weekend.  I haven’t had much time to use it, but since I live close to the water and I’ve been bored a lot I found this 99′ kawasaki 1100 zxi quite charming.  I’ve been keeping her to a dull roar until my friends get they’re machines in the water, than we’re going to beat those machines to death.
